delivery
orders take a maximum of 3 to 4 working days to be delivered
our courier will contact you when your order is out for delivery
please note that package opening upon delivery is not allowed

pick up option
you can also pick up your order for free from our warehouse in new cairo first settlement
pick up requests must be made before 3:00 pm to be ready on the same day
if you choose the pick up option after 3:00 pm the request will be rescheduled for the following day
once you choose pick up at checkout our team will send you the location and time to collect your order
